He also attended whitesands secondary school where he finished his O’levels. VerseBeats started out as a rapper in junior secondary school with the group J-street. By his third year at whitesands he partnered with slikboi(now kidsway) on a few tracks some of which he produced ‘Year9’ ‘BlackOrWhite’ etc. Later on,Verse became the official producer of Jynxx as he also trained and prepared his younger brother (JinmiAbduls)to become a recording artiste. After Jynxx split up and parted way,Verse took up Jinmi’s music career as the duo worked hand in hand to gain recognition in many circles. In the winter of 2012 Jinmi released Oleku which brought his name out to the limelights ! And this put Verse in advantage as it opened up new chances for him. VerseBeats Joined MavMusic in which he was an in house producer until he decided to quit music to go into bussiness.
